Bernardo Strassburg is an economist with a master’s degree in environmental planning and a PhD in Environmental Sciences. He studied at the University of East Anglia.
Strassburg is the founder of re.green, a company focused on forest restoration. He has served as a consultant for the United Nations, the World Bank, Conservation International and WWF. He also chairs the International Institute for Sustainability.
