Roberto Waack is Chairman of the Board at the Arapyaú Institute and co-founder of the Brazil Climate, Forests and Agriculture Coalition and the Amazon Concertation.
He serves on the boards of organisations including Natura &Co, re.green S.A., Marfrig S.A., Wise Plásticos S.A., and WWF Brazil. He was previously CEO of Fundação Renova, founder and CEO of Amata S.A., and CEO of Orsa Florestal.
He also chaired the International Board of the Forest Stewardship Council and was a member of the International Board of the Global Reporting Initiative. He holds a degree in Biology and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (USP).
